I have a guilty little secret to confess to all of you…I’m a big fan of Martha Stewart! Yes, there it is, I’m out of the closet on this one. With that said, this is a favorite pork recipe around here, straight from The Martha Stewart Cookbook.
Glazy Dazi Ham
It’s soooo easy to cook a raw ham and this way you can control what goes into your glaze.
Good morning! I know most of us hate the time change but in the fall I love it! Getting up early is easy and there’s more light for us to get our morning chores done earlier. Last week we were waiting until nearly 8 to start and today we were done with chores and breakfast before 7:15!
This is the end, my only friend, the end…okay, enough homage to Jim Morrison. Let’s just say I miss them and can’t write about them yet.

Mark your calender and plan on coming to the farm between 1-6 pm to pick up your lovely bird. First come, first served, so get there early if you want a big turkey.
